CHAPTER 239

OF REFORM SCHOOLS.

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 449, VOLUME 20, LAWS OF DELAWARE, ENTITLED AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 637, VOLUME 19, LAWS OF DELAWARE, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE DELAWARE INDUSTRIAL SCHOOL FOR GIRLS."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met (three-fourths of all the members to each House concurring therein):

SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Chapter 449, Volume 20, Laws of Delaware, entitled "An Act to amend Chapter 637, Volume 19, Laws of Delaware, entitled An Act to incorporate the Delaware Industrial School for Girls," passed at Dover April 19, 1897, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out the words "fifteen hundred" in the sixth line of said section, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "twenty-five hundred."

SECTION 2. The estate, real and personal, of the said corporation, and for the purposes of its incorporation, shall be free from State, county and city tax.

SECTION 3. That this Act shall be deemed and taken to be a public Act.
