OF THE LEVY COURT.

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 22, VOLUME 21, LAWS OF DELAWARE, ENTITLED "AN ACT RE-ORGANIZING TIIE LEVY COURT OF KENT COUNTY AND DEFINING ITS POWERS AND DUTIES," BY INCREASING THE SALARY OF ITS MEMBERS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met

Section 1. That Section 5 of Chapter 22, Volume 21, Laws Of Delaware, as printed and published on page 35, in line twenty-six, be amended by striking out the word "two" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "three."

Further amend said section on said page and in said line by striking out the word "fifty" and inserting in fiat thereof the words "seventy-five."
