CHAPTER 78.
OF CONSTABLES.
AN ACT PROVIDING THAT CONSTABLES IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY SHALL WEAR A BADGE 0R STAR WITII THE WORD "CONSTABLE" ENGRAVED THEREON.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That from and after the passage of this Act, every person holding the office of constable in New Castle County shall wear a badge or star with the word "constable" engraved thereon.
Section 2. Every person violating the provisions of this Act shall be fined an amount not exceeding ten dollars before any justice of the peace of New Castle County.
