CHAPTER 108

Of Delaware College.

AN ACT TO REINCORPORATE THE TRUSTEES OF DELAWARE COLLEGE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met (two-thirds of each branch thereof concurring therein):

Section 1. That the Trustees of Delaware College, as reincorporated by Act of February 21, 1889, and having accepted the provisions of the Constitution of this State, and having filed in the office of the Secretary of State a duly attested certificate of said acceptance, be, and the same is hereby reincorporated for the term of two years and two months from the tenth day of February A. D. 1909, with the same duties, privileges and prerogatives as now enjoyed and exercised by that Institution.
