CHAPTER 145

General Provisions Respecting Trade.

AN ACT IN RELATION TO THE HOLDERS OF LICENSES FROM THE STATE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section I. That every individual, firm, association of persons, or corporation holding any State license authorizing the conduct of any business, trade or vocation, shall expose such license in a conspicuous manlier in the principal office or place of business of such individual, firm, association of persons or corporation.

Section 2. That every individual, every member of a firm or association of persons, and every director and officer of a corporation holding a license as aforesaid and failing to comply with the provisions of this act at any time after the first day of August, 1909, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof by indictment shall be fined in any stun not exceeding One Hundred Dollars in the discretion of the Court.

Section 3. None of the provisions of this act shall be deemed or taken to repeal the penalties imposed by any statute of the State of Delaware for the failure of any particular class of licensees.
