CHAPTER 69
STATE BOARD OF HEALTH
AN ACT to amend An Act entitled "An Act to create the State Health and Welfare Commission," the same being Chapter 57, Volume 33, Laws of Delaware.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly met:
That Chapter 57, Volume 33, Laws of Delaware be and the same is hereby amended by adding a new Section to said Chapter to be known as Section 11.
Section 11. On and after the first day of July, 1925, the State Health and Welfare Commission shall be known and styled as the State Board of Health.
The said State Board of Health shall have full and complete jurisdiction over all and every the matters and things vested by law hi the State Health Welfare Commission, and shall exercise every power, privilege, right and duty which now belongs to the State Health and Welfare Commission.
