AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 69 OF VOLUME 83 OF THE LAWS OF DELAWARE RELATING TO DECEDENTS' ESTATES AND TRUSTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 4, Chapter 69, Volume 83 of the Laws of Delaware by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
Section 4. Sections 2 and 3 of this Act shall apply to trusts whenever created. The provisions of Section 2 of this Act amending § 3331 of Title 12 are effective on enactment. Otherwise, this Act is effective on enactment and applies to trusts whenever created.
Section 2. This Act takes effect on June 30, 2021.
