AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLES AND PAYMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLE FINES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 709 (b), Title 21 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§ 709. Payment of motor vehicle fines.
(b) Definitions — (1) “Payment,” as used in this section, shall mean the total amount remittance in part or in full of the fine and of the costs as herein provided and of the penalty assessment added to the fine pursuant to the Delaware Victim Compensation Law, Chapter 90 of Title 11, and other penalty assessment as provided by law.
