AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PHARMACIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 2536(a), Title 24 of the Delaware Code by deleting the period “.” found after the word “administered” and inserting in lieu thereof the following phrase:
“and the symptom or purpose for which the drug is being prescribed, if, requested by the practitioner and the patient or the patient's authorized representative.”.
