AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COORDINATING COUNCIL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each house thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §2102(2), Title 13, of the Delaware Code by deleting the language in that subsection and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(2) Two members of the House of Representatives (one from each caucus) appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives."
Section 2. Amend §2102(3), Title 13, of the Delaware Code by deleting the language in that subsection and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(3) Two members of the Senate (one from each caucus) appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Senate."
Section 3. Amend §2102, Title 13, of the Delaware Code by deleting subsection (11) as it appears therein and renumbering the existing subsections (12), (13), (14), and (15) as "(11)", "(12)", "(13)", and "(14)", respectively.
