CHAPTER 103 - BOARD OF PILOT COMMISSIONERS EXPENSES OF COMMISSIONERS AND RENEWAL FEES
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 35 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, ENTITLED "BOARD OF PILOT COMMISSIONERS", WITH REFERENCE TO EXPENSES OF COMMISSIONERS AND RENEWAL FEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 35 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, be and the same hereby is amended by striking out and repealing all of 1082. Sec. 18. thereof and by substituting and enacting in lieu thereof a new 1082. Sec. 18. as follows:
1082. Sec. 18. Expenses of Commissioners; Renewal Fees: --To provide a fund for the payment of necessary expenses of the Commissioners in the performance of their duties, each pilot licensed by the said Board of Pilot Commissioners for The State of Delaware shall, upon every renewal of his license, pay to the said Board the sum of Ten Dollars.
