AS AMENDED BY SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 15, TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO GRASS SEED MIXTURES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1501(23),Chapter 15, Title 3 of the Delaware Code by striking said paragraph in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(23) 'List by Predominance' shall have the same meaning as defined in the rules and regulations under this Chapter."
Section 2. Amend §1502(c)(2) by striking it in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(2) List as follows:
(a) Common accepted name, in order of its predominance, of the kind. or kind and variety of each agricultural seed present in excess of 5% of the whole;
(b) Percentage by weight of pure seed of each agricultural seed named;
(c) For each agricultural seed named under subparagraph (a) of this paragraph: I. Percentage of germination, exclusive of hard seed;
2. Percentage of hard seed, If present;
3. Calendar month and year the test was completed to determine the percentages."
