AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE IMPOSITION OF CERTAIN MANDATORY DRUG FINES
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE
:
Section 1. Amend § 4751(a), Title 16 of the Delaware Code, by striking the words “less than $5,000 nor”.
Section 2. Amend § 4751(b), Title 16 of the Delaware Code, by striking the words, “less than $3,000 nor”.
Section 3. Amend § 4751(c), Title 16 of the Delaware Code, by striking the words, “less than $10,000 nor”.
Section 4. Amend § 4752(a), Title 16 of the Delaware Code, by striking the words, “less than $1,000 nor”.
Section 5. Amend § 4753A, Title 16 of the Delaware Code, by striking the words “to pay a fine of” wherever they may occur and substituting in lieu thereof the words, “shall be fined up to”.
