POWERS OF STATE TREASURER
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29, DELAWARE CODE, ENTITLED "STATE GOVERNMENT" IN RESPECT TO THE POWERS OF THE STATE TREASURER.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. § 2706, Title 29, Delaware Code, is amended by adding the following paragraph thereto:
The State Treasurer may deposit and disperse in accordance with the provisions of any applicable federal law any funds received from the United States without further specific appropriation from the General Assembly.
