AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 68, TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO OFF HIGHWAY VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two- thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §6814, Chapter 68, Title 21, Delaware Code by striking the word "Registered" at the beginning thereof.
Section 2. Further amend §6814. Chapter 68, Title 21, Delaware Code by striking the words "north of the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal" wherever they appear therein and substituting in lieu thereof the words "within this State".
