SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 28 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO NONPROFIT CHARITABLE GAMING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1139, Title 28 of the Delaware Code by adding a new subsection (j) to read as follows:
"(j) No person under the age of 18 may participate in a bingo game. Notwithstanding subsection (b) of this section, persons between the ages of 16 through 18 may conduct or assist in conducting the bingo game and persons over the age of 14 may serve as waiters and waitresses in the handling of food and drinks at an event where a licensee or permittee conducts bingo."
Section 2. Amend Section 1132(b)(7), by striking the term "$500" as it appears therein, and substituting in lieu thereof "the amount set by the Board".
