AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER I, TITLE 16, DELAWARE. CODE, RELATING TO NEGLECT OF DUTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE (Two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §107, Subchapter I, Title 16, of the Delaware Code, by striking the phrase "not less than $10 or more than $50" as it appears in sentence 1, and substituting for it the phrase "not less than one hundred dollars ($100) and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000)".
