CHAPTER 127 - COUNTY TREASURERS AND COLLECTION OF TAXES - KENT AND SUSSEX COUNTIES SALARIES
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 45 OF THE REVISED CODE OF DELAWARE, 1935, ENTITLED "COUNTY TREASURERS AND COLLECTION OF TAXES", IN RELATION TO THE SALARIES OF THE RECEIVERS OF TAXES AND COUNTY TREASURERS OF KENT AND SUSSEX COUNTIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Chapter 45 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out all of the first paragraph of 1407. Sec. 67. thereof and inserting in lieu thereof a new first paragraph, as follows:
The annual salary of the Receiver of Taxes and County Treasurer shall be two thousand and four hundred dollars, which shall be paid to him by warrants of the Levy Court of Kent County in equal monthly installments.
' Section 2. That Chapter 45 of the Revised Code of Delaware, 1935, be and the same is hereby amended by striking out a]] of the first paragraph of 1440. Sec. 100. thereof and inserting in lieu thereof a new first paragraph, as follows:
The annual salary of the Receiver of Taxes and County Treasurer shall be two thousand and four hundred dollars, which shall be paid to him by warrants of the Levy Court of Sussex County in equal monthly installments.
