CHAPTER 129
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION § 325, TITLE 11, DELAWARE CODE, AS AMENDED.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Section § 325, Title 11, Delaware Code, is amended by striking the words "on active duty" from the last line thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the words "who has retired".
