AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MEMBERSHIP ON THE ACUPUNCTURE ADVISORY COUNCIL AND GENETIC COUNSELOR ADVISORY COUNCIL.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §1796, Title 24, Delaware Code by inserting into the second sentence of subsection (a) the words "licensed and" before the word "trained".
Section 2. Amend §1799I, Title 24, Delaware Code by inserting into the second sentence of subsection (a) the words "licensed and" before the word "trained".
