CHAPTER 14.
An Act authorizing the Clerks of the United States Courts for the District of Delaware to administer oaths and affirmations and take acknowledgment of writings.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Clerks of Circuit and Clerk of the District Court of the United States, for the District of Delaware, shall be and they are hereby authorized to administer oaths and affirmations and to take acknowledgment of the execution of instruments of writing in this State which are to be used in their respective courts or in any District or Circuit Court of the United States.
