CHAPTER 14 - OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES - PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER
AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 6 OF THE REVISED CODE OF 1935 OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE AS AMENDED BY CHAPTER 14 OF VOLUME 41, LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE, RELATING TO OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That Section 3. 193. Sec. 159. of Chapter 14, Volume 41, Laws of Delaware 1937, as amended be and the same is hereby further amended, by striking out all of the Twelfth paragraph under Section 3. 193. Sec. 159. of said Chapter 14, Volume 41, Laws of Delaware, relating to engineer, Ten Dollars ($10.00) and substituting in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:
Professional Engineer. Ten Dollars ($10.00). Professional Engineer shall include every person qualified under the Laws of the State of Delaware to practice Professional Engineering and engaged in active practice of such profession.
Section 2. That all acts or parts of acts inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed only to the extent of such inconsistency.
