AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CERTAIN DEFENSES TO CRIMINAL LIABILITY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 401(b) of Title 11 of the Delaware Code by striking the phrase “psychiatric disorder” as it appears variously in said subsection and by substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “mental illness or mental defect”.
Section 2. Amend Section 401(c) of Title 11 of the Delaware Code by striking the
word “nonsocial” as it appears therein, and by substituting in lieu thereof the word “antisocial”.
