AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 19, TITLE 12, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO INVENTORY AND APPRAISAL FILED WITH THE REGISTER OF WILLS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Amend §1905 (a), Chapter the word "seized," and the therein the following:
"which description shall to said parcel".
Amend 19, Title 12, Delaware Code, by inserting between words and the name of each party" as they appear include the parcel identification number assigned
