AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14, CHAPTER 26, SECTION 2601(a)(1), TO PROVIDE INCREASED REVENUES FOR THE SUSSEX COUNTY VOCATIONAL-TECHNICAL SCHOOL DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Title 14, Section 2601(a)(1) by deleting said section in its entirety and substituting a new 2601(a)(1) as follows:
"(1) The amount to be raised by taxation shall not exceed eight (8) cents on each $100 of value of real property in Sussex County for the tax year 19B9 and shall not exceed (9) cents on each $100 of the value of the real property in Sussex County for the tax year 1990 and all tax years thereafter."
