AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 16 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE STATE FIRE MARSHALL AND STATE FIRE PREVENTION COMMISSION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 6607(g)(2), Title 16 of the Delaware Code, by inserting between the words "funds," and "and" the following:
"housing developed by an organization exempt from tax under § 501(c)(3) of the Federal Internal Revenue Code,".
