AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 101, TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO STATE AGENCIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend 510161, Chapter 101, Title 29 of the Delaware Code, by striking the word "and" as the same appears in subsection (16) and by substituting a semi-colon ";" in lieu of the period "." at the end of subsection (17); and by adding thereto the following new subsection:
"(18) Board of Pilot Commissioners".
