AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 39, TITLE 12, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE TERMINATION OF GUARDIANSHIP OVER A MINOR UPON HIS MARRIAGE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §3911, Chapter 39, Title 12, Delaware Code, by deleting said section in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following new §3911:
"§3911. Term of Guardianship
The guardianship of the person of any minor shall continue until he or she attains the age of eighteen (18) years or until his or her marrige, whichever occurs first."
