CHAPTER 203.

OF HUSBAND AND WIFE.

AN ACT TO FURTHER AMEND THE ACT ENTITLED "AN ACT FOR THE PROTECTION OF WOMEN," PASSED AT DOVER, APRIL 9, 1873.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That the Act entitled "An Act for the protection of women," passed at Dover, April 9, 1873, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: by inserting between the words "issue" and "then" in the fifteenth line of the fifth section the words "by her husband surviving."
