CHAPTER 205.

OF CONVEYANCES.

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 22 OF CHAPTER 83 OF THE REVISED CODE AS AMENDED IN 1893, ENTITLED "OF CONVEYANCES" IN RELATION TO THE SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGES BY A CORPORATION OR ITS DULY CONSTITUTED ATTORNEY.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

Section 1. That Section 22 of Chapter 83 of the Revised Code as amended and published in 1874 and as further amended and published in 1893, be and is hereby further amended as follows:

In the ninth line of said Section 22 after the word "Treasurer" and before the word "and" shall be inserted the words "or the attorney of said corporation duly constituted."
