CHAPTER 207
An Act to amend Section 63 of Chapter 111 of the Revised Code in relation to the Lien of Executions as against subsequent execution creditors.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That Section 63 of Chapter 111 of the Revised Code be, and the same is hereby repealed, and the following inserted in lieu thereof, viz:
"SECTION 63. An execution shall not bind goods and chattels until it is delivered to the Sheriff or other proper officer to be executed. An execution shall, from the time it is so delivered, bind all the goods and chattels of the defendant within the bailiwick, which shall be actually levied upon within sixty days thereafter. No levy upon goods and chattels, made by virtue of execution process, shall be of any force or effect as against a subsequent execution levied upon the same goods and chattels for a longer period than three years from the making of such first mentioned levy."
