CHAPTER 211.

OF CONVEYANCES.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 212, Volume 17, Laws of Delaware.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

SECTION 1. That Section I of Chapter 212, Volume 17, Laws of Delaware, entitled "An act concerning acknowledgments of deeds, &c.," be amended by adding at the end of Section I the words following, to wit: "The provisions of this act shall be deemed and taken to extend to affidavits of demand and defence as provided for in Chapter 106, Section 4, of the Revised Code."
