AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 70, TITLE 6, DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACILITIES, BY INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF STATE CREDIT WHICH MAY BE PLEDGED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FROM $20,000,000 to $50,000,000.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (three fourthsof all the members of each house concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend Section 7003(b), Chapter 70, Title 6, Delaware Code, by striking the figure of $20,000,000.00 as it appears therein, and inserting in lieu thereof the figure of $50,000,000.00.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect immediately.
