CHAPTER 213.
OF CONVEYANCES.
AN ACT concerning Assignments of Mortgages.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
Section 1. That from and after the passage of this act an assignment of a mortgage or any sealed instrument attested by one credible witness, shall be valid and effectual to convey all the right and interests of the assignor.
Section 2. That all assignments of mortgages or any sealed instruments heretofore made in the presence of one witness, and all satisfactions made by assignees in such assignments are hereby made good and valid.
