AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 45, TITLE 10, DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO QUALIFICATIONS FOR JURY DUTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §4506 (b)(4), Chapter 45, Title 10, Delaware Code, by striking all of said subsection and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"(4) Is incapable, by reason of mental or physical infirmity, to render satisfactory fury service; provided, however, that no person shall be deemed incapable solely because of loss of sight in any degree; or".
