CHAPTER 223.

OF PLEADING AND PRACTICE IN CIVIL CASES.

AN ACT to amend Section 4 of Chapter 106 of the Revised Code of theState.

Section .1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:

That Section 4 of Chapter 106 of the Revised Code of the State as amended and reprinted in 1874, be amended by inserting between the word "states" and the word "such in line 47 of said Section 4, the following words, viz: "Or

before any notary public of any state or territory within the United States or of the District of Columbia."
