AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 163, VOLUME 55, LAWS OF DELAWARE, ENTITLED: "AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 81, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, ENTITLED LIMITATIONS UPON TAXING POWER BY ADDING THERETO A NEW SUBCHAPTER CONCERNING EXEMPTIONS FROM TAXATION ON REAL PROPERTY OF CITIZENS AND RESIDENTS OF THIS STATE OF THE AGE OF 65 OR MORE YEARS HAVING AN INCOME NOT IN EXCESS OF $3,000 PER YEAR."
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Chapter 163, Volume 55, Laws of Delaware, is amended by striking out the words "As used in this title" as they appear in § 8131 of section 1 of said act and inserting in lieu thereof the words "As used in this subchapter".
