AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 AND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO LEAVE OF ABSENCE FOR MILITARY SERVICE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend Section 1327 (b), Title 14 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words “by Presidential determination” wherever they appear therein.
Section 2. Amend Section 5105 (b), Title 29 of the Delaware Code by deleting the words “by Presidential determination” wherever they appear therein.
Section 3. Notwithstanding the effective date of this Act, the provisions of this Act shall apply to any mobilization subsequent to September 1, 2005.
