SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1.
Amend §513(b)(12), Title 13, Delaware Code by deleting the phrase “Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services”, and substituting in lieu thereof the phrase “Federal Department of Health and Human Services
”.
Section 2. Amend §513(c)(4)
deleting the phrase “Secretary of the” as it appears in that section and replacing it with the word “Federal”, and by deleting the word “Social” as it appears in that section and replacing it with the word “Human”.
Section 3. Further Amend §513(c)(4) by deleting the phrase “Said regulations shall specifically include” as it appears in the second sentence, and replacing it with “The Division may establish”.
