SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1
AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 25 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend §4003(a), Title 25, Delaware Code by renumbering paragraphs (5) and (6) as (6) and (7), respectively and by inserting therein the following:
“(5) If a motor vehicle, a statement that the petitioner has had the vehicle examined and approved for sale by the auto theft unit or a civilian auto theft technician of the Delaware State Police;”.
