AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 29 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND DETERMINING DISTRICT BOUNDARIES FOR INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §804A, Title 29 of the Delaware Code by adding the following at the end thereof:
"(c) This section shall not apply to the redistricting of the State following the 2010 federal decennial census. This section shall apply to the redistricting of the State following each federal decennial census thereafter."
