AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REGISTRATION OF VEHICLES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 2104(2) of Title 21 of the Delaware Code by inserting after “model,” and before “type of body” the following “color,”.
Section 2. This Bill shall become law after enactment when the Division of Motor Vehicles updates/upgrades its computer programming system to permit the listing of color of a vehicle.
