AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 83, TITLE II OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE NUMBER OF ACTIVE DUTY STATE POLICE OFFICERS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section I. Amend Section 8301, subchapter I, Chapter 83, Part V, Title 11, Delaware
Code by striking the number "450" as it appears In said Section and substituting in lieu thereof the number "500".
Section 2. This Act shall take effect July, I, 1987.
