AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 24 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PRIVATE INVESTIGATORS AND PRIVATE SECURITY AGENCIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE :
Section 1. Amend § 1310(b) of Title 24 of the Delaware Code by deleting the phrase “suspension was imposed” and replacing thereto with “request for a hearing is received by the Director”.
Section 2. Further Amend § 1310(b) of Title 24 of the Delaware Code by inserting as a second sentence the following:
“With the consent of the person or business requesting a hearing, the hearing may be scheduled at the next quarterly meeting of the Board.”.
