AN ACT TO AMEND TITLES 11 AND 21 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE OFFENSES SUBJECT TO VOLUNTARY ASSESSMENT AND PROBATION BEFORE JUDGMENT.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §709(e) of Title 21, Delaware Code, by redesignating subparagraphs (8) through (15) of that subsection subparagraphs (9) through (16) respectively and by inserting a new subparagraph (8) to read as follows:
“(8) Violation of §4166(d) of this Title;”.
Section 2. Amend §4218(a), of Title 11, Delaware Code, by adding after the phrase “Title 14,”, the phrase “or for violations of §4166(d) of Title 21,”.
