AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 23, TITLE 19, OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DUTIES OF THE OFFICE OF AUDITOR OF ACCOUNTS.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Section 2392(c), Subchapter V, Chapter 23, Title 19, of the Delaware Code by striking the words "State Auditor" wherever it appears therein and substituting in lieu thereof the words "Division of Industrial Affairs."
