AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 3, TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF THE DELAWARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §301, Chapter 3, Title 4 of the Delaware Code by striking subsection (h) thereof in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof a new subsection (h) to read as follows:
"(h) The Chairman of the Commission shall receive compensation at the rate of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each meeting of the Commission attended by him plus his travel expenses. Each member of the Commission other than the Chairman shall receive compensation at the rate of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for each meeting of the Commissioner attended by him plus his travel expenses. Meetings for which compensation shall be paid to each member shall not exceed twenty-four (24) in number in any one year."
Section 2. This Act shall become effective July 1, 1975.
