AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18, DELAWARE CODE, SECTION 513 BY INCREASING THE MINIMUM DEPOSIT FOR A DOMESTIC INSURANCE COMPANY FROM $50,000 TO $100,000.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend Subsection (f), Section 513, Title 18, Delaware Code, by substituting the figure "$100,000" for "$50,000" where it appears therein.
Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon its enactment into law.
