AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 14 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO REPORT OF NON-PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend §2704(b), Title 14 of the Delaware Code making insertions as shown by underlining and deletions as shown by strike through as follows:
“(b) Such persons shall also submit annually, on or before the no later than October 5 31, a statement of pupil enrollment as of the last school day in September, on such forms as prescribed by the Department of Education.”
