AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 26 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC UTILITIES.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:
Section 1. Amend § 315, Title 26 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:
§ 315. Electric and natural gas utility distribution system improvement charge [Effective until June 14, 2025]. charge.
(g) The provisions of this section as amended by 81 Del. Laws, c. 268, § 1, shall expire on June 14, 2025, unless extended by action of the General Assembly. [Repealed.]
